Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the product team. Responsible for the full life time management of the product.
- Develop and execute the company’s product strategic to ensure consistency with the company’s overall strategy.
- Support R&D during project phase (clarification of requirements, specifications, design review etc..)
- Encourage innovative thinking, promote continuous product optimization and improvement, and enhance user experience and product competitiveness.
- Build-up strong technical know-how on product/problem solving.
- Responsible for the commercial success of products, achieving business growth and profitability goals..
- Product line management: Configuration, FCST, Delivery as well as margin control.
- Market trend and competitor analysis, to keep improve product performance to maintain competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical-Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Die attach and Flip chip equipment technical and 5 years of product management experience with a proven track record.
- In-depth understanding of product development processes and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication, coordination and decision making skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Have a strong passion and exploration spirit for new business and new technology.
