Senior Manager, Technology (Enterprise Systems)

Summary


We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage and own our organization's enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the successful implementation of ERP & BI systems and exhibit exceptional business analysis capabilities. Beyond these core competencies, the candidate must also possess robust project management skills, capable of guiding projects from inception to fruition. We seek a dynamic individual who can effectively manage the intersection of technology and business needs, translating complex requirements into actionable plans and ensuring our enterprise systems are not only operational but optimized to support our strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • ERP System Implementation - Provide system and continuous improvement support to business users across the region.
  • Accounting Systems - Migration of financial data from existing accounting systems to ERP
  • Enterprise Performance Management - Project lead and responsible for ETL/Data integration and system setup for group consolidation, FP&A and management reporting.
  • Business Intelligence - Work closely with management team and business users on business metrics and develop management reports


Preferred Experience:


1. Business Analyst

  • Facilitate detailed requirement gathering by engaging with business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive business needs are captured.
  • Analyse & document business processes (Level 0/ Level 1/ Level 2) and identify areas for improvement or re-engineering.
  • Conduct feature/function analysis in the process of selecting of appropriate systems.
  • Understand and apply software development methodologies to Develop test cases and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Orchestrate user coordination in change management processes, including in developing system/ business process user guide documentation and providing user training.
  • Author and maintain user/business procedure guides and systems documentation to support ongoing operations.
  • Provide first-level support for business applications by coordinating with software vendors.

2. Project Manager

  • Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Manage outsourced vendors and including selection, negotiation, and project delivery.
  • Plan and execute organisation change management project communications as required by systems rollout.
  • Conduct presentations to senior management to secure approval, update status, and ensure business value for the projects.
  • Establish engagement with business stakeholders to identify continuous improvement and value-added opportunities.
  • Excellent people and communication skills for mobilising, organizing and managing staff, user teams, vendor/external consultant teams across all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and successful deployment including post-delivery support of the system across the different geographies.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in IT, Business IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years working experience as Business Analyst & min 2 years working as an IT Project Manager.
  • Proven work experience as a business analyst in ERP system implementations - including Finance modules.
  • Experience with ETL Tools & Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems would be a plus.
