As a Social Media Executive at Agape Plus, your primary responsibilities include:
- Social Media Management: Creating awareness and business opportunities across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and others for Agape Plus’s business verticals.
- Social Media Marketing Campaign Planning: Planning and executing social media marketing campaigns to promote Agape Plus’s services and initiatives.
- Content Planning: Brainstorming, conceptualising, and developing video concepts, storyboards, and scripts based on trending topics and audience preferences.
- Video Production: Managing production processes, including setting up equipment, organising locations, arranging lighting and sound, directing talent, and capturing high-quality footage.
- Video Editing: Editing footage using video editing software, adding transitions, graphics, animations, and ensuring a cohesive final product.
- Branding and Visual Consistency: Aligning video content with the organisation’s brand guidelines, incorporating logos, fonts, and colours.
- Optimisation for Platforms: Understanding platform requirements and optimising videos to meet format, dimension, and quality standards.
- Collaboration and Project Management: Coordinating with a team of writers, designers, videographers, and marketers, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitoring video performance through metrics and using insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Staying Updated with Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and visual storytelling.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Supporting various video projects and adapting style and techniques to different content types and audiences.
- Proactive Work Approach: Being proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions within the role.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and video editing software.
