• Reporting to CEO and working closely with Board Members. The role offers a long-term opportunity for growth within a developing company going public in due course.
• Take charge of the financial, accounting, administration and budgeting activities for the company
• Oversee the finance functions located in Singapore and the main offshore office in Southeast Asia, including the field exploration bases and country office/interfaces.
• Manage and assess the performance of accounting staff in offshore office as well as the outsourced accounting service providers. Work closely with the Senior Manager, Government Affairs and Investor Relations located at offshore office who reports to both the CEO and the CFO.
• Key support role to the CEO and Board in raising funds for all aspects of the company’s operations as well as for the ASX listing process, followed after listing by fulfilling the ASX financial reporting and other requirements.
Requirements:
• Graduate with Finance qualifications (CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant working experiences. Prefers candidates with experiences in the listing process and/or worked for listed companies.
• Extensive experiences and track record in Corporate Finance and preferably Project Finance
• Commercially driven, able to execute business strategies
• Excellent banking and investor relations
• Advantageous for those with knowledge in the mining/exploration industry and/or good in sourcing investors in Asia and Australia.
• Ability to travel within Southeast Asia and Australia.
• Salary package comes with monthly basic and share options.
