Job Scope:
BIM Modeler
- Create 3D Models: Use software to build detailed 3D models of buildings.
- Update Designs: Modify models based on feedback and changes.
- Coordinate with Teams: Work with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy.
- Check for Errors: Ensure models are free of clashes and errors.
- Document Work: Keep records of designs and changes.
BIM Coordinator
- Manage BIM Processes: Oversee the use of BIM software and standards.
- Coordinate Team Efforts: Ensure all team members are working with the latest models and information.
- Quality Control: Review models for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Resolve Issues: Identify and solve any clashes or design problems.
- Training and Support: Help team members with BIM tools and workflows.
Job Requirement:
- Possess work experience in BIM modelling for MEP / Architecture's trade
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD & Revit software
