Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train staff, guiding customer service and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost restaurant performance.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, budgeting, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
