- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive, cost effective and aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Lead annual salary review processes, merit increase programs, and bonus payout cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement a KPI performance management framework, policies, and processes
- Develop and implement online appraisal system.
- Provide guidance and support to HR, managers, and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters, including policy interpretation, problem resolution, and inquiries.
- Develop and deliver training programs and communications to educate employees about their compensation and benefits packages
