We are seeking a skilled and dedicated drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various drafting software and have a keen eye for detail. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-AutoCAD (specializations in M&E, Architectural, and Carpentry drafting)
-SketchUp for creating detailed perspectives
-3Ds Max for rendering high-quality perspectives
-Conducting project site measurements
-Sourcing and selecting appropriate materials
-Attending meetings with clients to understand and address their needs
-Performing furnishing and site checks to ensure quality and accuracy
-Briefing suppliers to ensure clear communication of project requirements
-Good spoken English
-Salary up to $4500 (gross) (depending on experience)
- Preferred to have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Singapore
