Job Responsibilities
- Financial planning and analysis by preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial report
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, identify the areas of improvement
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Managing audits and liaising with auditors.
- Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Payroll management
- Managing tax compliance and payroll-related financial matters.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training and development, etc.
- Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, plans, processes and programmes
- Work with operations and office teams to improve work culture, performance and employee retention
Requirement:
- Possess Degree with at least 5-7 years’ experience in Finance & HR role
- Good knowledge of local statutory working labour policies and regulations
- Knowledge of ERP Infor
