How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
1. Standard Cost Category Structure & Mapping
- Document a standard cost category template mapped to existing ERP system, guidelines, service catalogue and individual countries working files
- Document requirements, business impact (eg: changes to procurement process, financial impact etc.) and provide recommendations on the appropriate cost categorization.
- Study and design the Business Units’ Roadmap
2. Monthly Financials Reporting, Prepare Yearly Target and Quarter Reforecast
- Consolidate Business Units / Cluster's Budget given by affiliates/ countries for Management view.
- Preparing the quarterly cluster's rolling forecast.
- Prepare monthly financial report by collecting, formatting, analyzing and explaining the variances
- Report monthly efficiencies for the cluster
- Be part of the Purchase Order approver for all cluster related projects for budget controlling as well as capex management
- Prepare the chargeback to affiliate on the quarter basis and perform the billing reconciliation by end of year
- Prepare the communication to affiliate/entities
- Provide the support to affiliate/entities
- Monitors efficiency actions plans to ensure reporting is in line with Air Liquide Group guidelines while ensuring that those concerned take action
Who Are We Looking For?
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, Engineering or any other relevant equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years in a Finance Management / Financial Controller / Finance Transformation position with highly proficient financial knowledge in the gas industry.The role is not limited to corporate and country responsibilities.
- Familiar with audit / internal control, international accounting systems, experience working with other multinational companies preferred, including Shared Services Organization.
- Experience of transformation, process improvement and change management would be an advantage.
- Ability to work across cultural/geographic/diverse business boundaries
- Strong ability to work under pressure and assure deliverable within a given time frame.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong Business acumen.
