This position is responsible for management, leadership and profitability of the Group’s F&B Outlets in Singapore, Malaysia and China. The ideal candidate shall lead the team and manage P&L and operational aspects of the brands to drive sales performance and develop the brand in the market.
Responsibilities:Responsible for 2 or more brands and over 10 outlets’ business and operations
Lead, manage and train the operation teams
Uphold high quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality of all brands and outlets
Manage P&L with control and efficiencies and ensure effective profitability and ROI
Requirements:Over 5 years of operational experience in Food and Beverages
Degree, Diploma or tertiary education in Business Management or related fields
Track record operations and P&L management experience
Knowledge on local Singapore or Malaysia food culture will be an advantage
Possess strategic thinking to anticipate issues, develop solutions and track performance
Business travel might be required
Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise Chinese speaking counterpart)
