Job Description:
- Greets guests courteously with a smile.
- Presents guest with the menu and attends to their needs.
- Takes customers’ order.
- Recommends food items that are on the menu and provides information on preparation methods and accompaniments when taking orders.
- Ensures that food and drinks are served quickly and efficiently and with all the necessary accompaniments.
- Cashering/ Collection of money
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience (candidates with more years of experience may be considered for manager role)
- Have good product knowledge on food items
- Strong command of both Mandarin & English in order to communicate and introduce menu items to customers
- Excellent organizational skills , interpersonal & communication skills
