- Oversee trade finance operations, including letters of credit, trade finance facilities, and various financial instruments.
- Engage with banks and financial institutions to secure advantageous terms for trade transactions.
- Supervise finance agreements and financial data to ensure adherence to stipulated terms and conditions.
- Handle documentation for trade finance transactions, such as letters of credit, bills of exchange, discounting, and shipping documents.
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate the profitability and financial viability of trade transactions.
- Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts pertaining to trade finance activities.
- Examine variances and trends to pinpoint potential cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
- Offer insights and recommendations to the CFO and management team based on financial analysis.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to international trade, finance, and shipping.
- Identify and manage financial risks linked to trade transactions, currency fluctuations, and market volatility.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Atleast 4 years experience in trade finance in any industry.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting would be preferred.
