Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Support administrative duties including managing office supplies and handling correspondence.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Provide support for any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles add advantages.
