We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced K-pop Trainer to join our team.
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE have
- A strong background in training teachers,
- Proven experience collaborating with top Korean entertainment companies,
- and the ability to teach individuals of all age levels.

Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor teachers in K-pop dance
- Vocal classes (to sing and dance)
- Prepare students for auditions and performance choreography
- Ability to host events or concerts (local or international)
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels.Collaborate with top Korean entertainment companies to stay updated on the latest K-pop trends and techniques.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them achieve their full potential.
- Organize and lead workshops, classes, and performance rehearsals.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a K-pop trainer.
- Strong teaching skills and the ability to work with students of all age levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for K-pop and a deep understanding of the industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in choreography and performance coaching.
- Knowledge of Korean language and culture.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Expected Salary:
S$6500 to $8500 + Bonus
