Job Title: Accounts Executive (Receivable)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Posting and reconciling of inward payment daily into respective debtor’s accounts
- Process and posting of credit card charges from the Sales Department
- Ensure prompt and accurate billing for all debtor’s accounts
- Raising of Invoices, debit, and credit notes when required
- Reconciliation of credit card transactions
- Investigation and address all credit card disputes and chargebacks
- Prepare month-end reports and reconciliation as prescribed by policies and procedures
- Attend to guest’s enquiries or disputes on billing and invoices requests
- Communicate promptly with the Credit Manager on any discrepancies in billing payments and other potential Problems
- To be knowledgeable and play an active part in PCI-DSS compliances
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance, Chief Accountant, or Credit Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum “O” levels or higher
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to multi-task successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible schedule in order to accomplish all responsibilities and tasks required
- Proficiency in Oracle Opera Property Management System is an added advantage
