Overview: -
- Jurong Island -Transport Provided: Jurong East/Lakeside MRT
- Basic Salary: $6500 to $7000 + AWS
- 5 Working days - 8.00am to 4:45pm
Your Responsibilities: -
- Oversee and manage the overall budget expenditure and headcount in the departments.
- Responsible for the department’s workplace safety and health.
- Lead and manage ECR reduction and closure.
- Ensure the entire department follows the Company’s MS Control systems, policies, SOPs, and complies with all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that production is operating smoothly and efficiently.
- Responsible for staff development and training to ensure optimal competency.
You will need: -
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years in a similar role
- Experience in managing or participating in ISO certification processes
- Strong working knowledge in chemical plant management
