Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
- Design and implement comprehensive programs for developers, including educational initiatives, support systems, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure ecosystem programs effectively attract, educate, retain, and nurture developers.
Developer Pipeline Optimization:
- Optimize the developer journey within the ecosystem, from initial engagement to the evolution into fully-fledged businesses.
Relationship Management:
- Nurture relationships with startup accelerators, incubators, VCs, and innovation hubs.
- Identify and attract high-potential developers and startups to the ecosystem.
- Provide opportunities and resources to existing ecosystem developers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Developer Relations (DevRel), Marketing, and Business Development (BD).
- Align ecosystem growth efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
- Provide technical insights and feedback to inform product roadmaps and enhance developer-focused features.
Industry Analysis:
- Stay on top of the latest trends, developments, and competitive landscape within the broader ecosystem.
- Conduct market research, analyze developer needs and pain points, and identify opportunities to optimize growth strategies and improve the developer experience.

- Launch and implement a suite of well-designed programs (educational, support, incentive) to attract, educate, and retain developers.
