We are seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in designing and implementing scalable data architectures for both cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will possess an excellent business understanding of data model designing, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models, and will excel in modern cloud implementations based on microservices and bespoke applications.
Job Scope:
- Design and implement scalable data solutions on cloud environments.
- Develop and manage data architectures, including data lakes, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
- Lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Continuously integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance organizational data capabilities.
- Optimize complex data workflows and improve resource efficiency.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data architecture and design.
- Demonstrated experience in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), Cloud Platforms (AWS), orchestration & automation (Airflow, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
- Programming & scripting skills (Python, SQL, Bash).
- Familiar with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), database management (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), DevOps & CI/CD (Docker, Terraform).
- Technical leadership ability to guide or mentor junior engineers.
