Responsibilities:
· To prepare monthly statistical reports
· To assist in the collation and complication of data for MOH and internal department use.
· Assists to organize meetings; reserves meeting venues and minutes taking.
· To assist in preparation of presentation slides.
· To present the reports at meetings
· Support in asset tracking and monitoring
· Raises e-procurement or purchase requisition for department purchases, if required.
· Manage and schedule calendar appointments
· Prepares for new hires’ on-boarding
· Maintain and update of staff particulars and PSA Leave records
· To support Emergency Planning activities i.e. Civil Emergency, Pandemic Outbreak, etc
· To participate in process and service initiatives
· To participate in corporate events, whenever necessary i.e. Outreach programmes, etc
· Undertakes any other responsibilities assigned by Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
· Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma holder
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
