IT Policy & Governance Manager (Govt | Policies | Standard)
Working Hour: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working Location: Pasir Panjang
Responsibilities:
- Review submissions for ICT deviations for completeness and liaise with contact persons to rectify missing or inconsistent information.
- Perform data analysis and present useful information.
- Analyze feedback and challenges faced by agencies and assess ways to address the issues more effectively.
- Review the IM8 control requirements and propose refinements to improve clarity.
- Create and manage knowledge management and project sites.
- Address queries related to ICT policies and governance information.
- Take minutes of key points and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Test and migrate new features of the digital governance platform
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in ICT Governance & Policies.
- Good to have government experiences.
- Good Excel skill and minutes writting skills is necessary to record down the changes & request for the ICT policies and work with the team for enchancement.
