- Implement tools for analysing the existing data to improve the operational efficiency.
- Develop marketing strategies including social media (Instagram, Facebook, Blogs, etc).
- Develop SOP for marketing activities, set directions to regional and global teams.
- Develop and maintain Customer point management system for purchases.
- Track website traffic, analyse using google analytics and provide management reports.
- Set KPI for the team, monitor and align the team with organization objectives.
- Set personal KPI not less than 70% Year on Year (YOY) growth with effective marketing, operational excellence.
- Establish channel partners across globe to increase companies revenue and profits.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in different time zones is required.
- Strong proficiency in Chinese & English for the interpretation, understanding of documentation and other related communication received in local language (Simplified & Traditional Chinese) and translate it to English language for Project team's benefit.
- Must possess experience working on projects covering Taiwan or China regions, interacting with Chinese-speaking users / stakeholders based in Taiwan or China.
- Willingness to support 24/7 including weekend and public holidays on any escalations.
- Strong data analytics and business intelligence tools experience is required.
