Summary: We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability and functionality of our systems, providing critical incident analysis, and supporting customer inquiries. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in application support, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in critical incident analysis, provide root cause analysis, and identify corrective actions to prevent future system issues.
- Document analysis steps to facilitate the escalation of technical issues to the Product team.
- Triage, investigate, and resolve customer support tickets within agreed SLAs, prioritizing critical (P1) incidents impacting transaction processing.
- Provide knowledge transfer to L1 support based on root causes of common issues, enhancing overall support efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application support of 8 + years experience
- Willing to work on 24/7 shifts .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
