Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience to clients
- Handle and respond efficiently to incoming customer enquiries
- Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers
- Build good rapport with our network of applicators
- Ensure home-painting projects are completed on a timely basis
- To troubleshoot painting defects and complaints
Job Requirements:
- Minimum "O" Level qualification.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of sales experience in modern trade (FMCG) / household items sales experience.
- Good to have paint knowledge / experience.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outdoor sales and sales targets (commission-based).
- Possess of own vehicle will be advantageous.
