Job responsibilities
- Develop and manage portfolio of programmes, including its research, design, implementation, evaluation, and growth plan, to deliver on impact.
- Maintain documentation and report on project plans, progress, changes, and outcomes.
- Forge partnerships with relevant stakeholders, in particular the business community and impact organisations, to support programme implementation and strategic goals.
- Cultivate and expand pool of donors to successfully secure funding for projects, as well as evaluate programme proposals for funding by the Foundation.
- Support the Programmes Sub-Committee, and main Board as needed, in fulfilling its roles and responsibilities, including meetings and engagements.
- Work with the CEO as part of business strategy team.
- Handle any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned to you.
Job requirements
- Degree and/or domain expertise in philanthropy / social impact sector.
- Strong planning and execution skills. A proven track record and/or at least 5 years of experience as a successful programme manager.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and effective stakeholder skills.
- Able to write and present well.
- Dynamic self-starter and able to work collaboratively within a small team.
- Flexible and open to change, quickly adapting to new situations, roles, or processes.
