Job Description:
- Meets or exceeds sales performance objectives
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities
- Driving initiatives to increase business revenue, identifying and developing new opportunities and building and expanding the presence of Traveloka in assigned scope and locale.
- Conduct high-level Travel industry research to develop effective solutions
- Participate in regular communications with senior management to explore and maximize revenue opportunities company wide
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners and customers
- Manage internal resources and teams and works collaboratively in a group setting to achieve shared results
- Analyze and elevate team performance by coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results of each Market Management team member
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's degree from reputable universities, MBA is a plus
- Minimum 12 years or more of working experience.
- Proven experience in the field of Market Management or Business Development.
- Experience in the travel industry, other technology companies, or global consulting field is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of the P&L and key Supply levers to drive both top and bottom line growth.
- Must have a high level of analytical skills, with an ability to distill information and uncover insights from a variety of sources.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong leadership with experience in cascading and setting stretch goals, strategizing and mobilizing resources, and grooming junior team members into high performing individuals.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geography and cross-functional teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
- A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and possession of a full understanding of professional business ethics, decorum and social skills.
