- Lead a team of Engineers to ensure outgoing quality aligns with company standards.
- Supervise visual inspections to ensure products meet established guidelines.
- Address and resolve visual quality issues with corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to enhance visual defect management.
- Develop and implement procedures for visual defect identification and resolution.
- Oversee ESD/environmental programs and ensure cleanroom compliance.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and best practices in quality management.
- Conduct audits to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Train staff on visual defect identification and basic handling procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and manuals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to quality issues.
- Work closely with assembly houses on visual defect management.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree, preferably in chemistry, material science, or microelectronics with minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in Fab environment.
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO9001 standards.
- Expertise in Visual Defects Quality and Outgoing Quality Management Systems.
- Knowledge of environmental controls and ESD requirements is advantageous.
