Crest Capital Asia is a specialized alternative investment firm that focuses in investment opportunities around under-served, mid-capitalization regional enterprises. With mainly Asian investor institutions, government agencies and family offices as clients, we identify and pursue investment opportunities in the region with proven business models and, in particular, those which had built intellectual properties or proprietary franchises.
Roles and Responsiblities
The Finance Manager's roles in a private equity fund management set up encompasses the following:
- Accounting, reporting, internal control, administration and compliance functions for the funds and related investment portfolios that the Crest group manages. The Employee shall undertake specific projects, for instance, related to portfolio companies that may be assigned from time to time;
- Managing treasury function and monitoring risk/return KPIs of various asset portfolios; and
- Supporting the CEO in communications with stakeholders and government agencies.
Who Are We Looking for?
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant equivalent qualifications
- CPA, ACCA, or other relevant certification
- Prior experience in Big Four will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience (experience in asset management or fund adminstration will be preferred)
- Strong ability to work under pressure and assure deliverable within a given time frame.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
