Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality customer service and support operations for a billing and report system for an e-procurement portal, while meeting key performance indicators.
- Perform billing operations, report operations, change management, user education, incident management, and problem management.
- Handle inbound calls and emails, coordinating work with internal teams and external users.
- Manage and track incidents to closure, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor billing accuracy and manage any required readjustments.
- Generate and monitor billing reports.
- Act as the administrator for the virtual assistant application implemented for the GeBIZ portal, including training the virtual assistant and covering web deployment duties as needed.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support operations.
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of relevant work experience in providing support for billing, report and financial related operations.
- Knowledge in business domain knowledge in government procurement, GeBIZ portal and billing operations.
