Responsibilities:
- Daily packing/unpacking of Corp files and record/ tick off before sending to vendor for scanning
- Ensure accurate recording of files
- Assist to retrieve files from vendor as and when required
- Archiving of files to warehouse
- Administrative and any adhoc duties such as photocopy, filing, scanning, arranging files
