- Identify new opportunities, develop new businesses, and maintain existing customers
- Attend to and follow up on sales enquiries and quotations
- Administer sales fulfillment activities of products and services to ensure timely delivery and completion as per customer orders.
- Ensure prompt response to meet customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales analysis reports for Management as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain a professional relationship with our valued customers.
- Handle E-Commerce platform campaigns and ads strategy
- Handle brand identity and the brand’s business pages and social media channels
- Achieve monthly sales target, KPI
- Handle company transformation/ continuous improvement projects
- Handle E-Commerce (Shoppee, Lazada, Q10, Shopify etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Preferably with sales or customer service experience will have an added advantage
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic individual with high personal motivation and achievement-orientated with an interest in sales as a career.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently & resourceful.
- Possess own transport will be an advantage.
