Responsibilities
· Establish and prepare project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables
· Manage project activities to ensure timely delivery, including identification of critical path, monitoring and driving completion of interdependent activities and adjustment to project schedules to achieve overall completion deadline
· Implement and maintain quality control process
· Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the marine engineering industry
· Provide expert and technical consultation as subject matter expert in field of marine engineering
· Maintain detailed records of project activities, financials and other relevant documentation
· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
· Ensure safety protocols are followed
· Promote and implement process improvements
· Collaborate with cross-functional team and different stakeholders
· Responsible for managing the Team and developing them
Requirements
- Possess more than 10 years relevant experience in marine engine and have work experience as electrical specialists / chief engineers
- Great knowledge and relations with China shipyard and shipping industry
- Experienced with engine electrical integration system and propulsion
- Experienced with Engine Hybrid and hydraulic system
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Preferably be able to work in overseas office in long term and frequent business trips
- Comfortable with speaking and reading Chinese as you will be working with your counterparts in the Greater China region
