Responsibilities
- Support all compliance related matters and issues for the department including contract management, procedure update, information management and other compliance related matters.
- Managed account closing and Head office reporting matters for subsidiary and affiliates under the department purview.
- Managed all BCP related matters including annual BCP review, business impact analysis, and update of policies and procedure.
- Support governance and reporting matters for subsidiary and affiliates under the department purview.
- Provide translation support for the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma qualifications with minimum 5 years working experience with experience in handling reporting and compliance related matters.
- Demonstrated experience in managing compliance matters will be highly desirable.
- Experience in facilitation and management of reporting matters.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management with the ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in collaboration with other team members internally and across different countries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts and ability to read financial statements will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required to assist in the submission of reports in Japanese language.
- Basic computing skills required, eg. MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
