We are a manufacturing company seeking a versatile Accounts Executive to join us.
The candidate should have experience in handling full set of Accounts, including preparation and coordination for annual audit.
Key responsibilities include :
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- GST reconciliation, preparation and submission
- CPF preparation and submission
- Payroll and basic HR duties eg. maintaining employee records, ad-hoc work permit
application/cancellation
- Support in ad-hoc admin duties eg. liaising with vendors/suppliers/customers
Requirements :
- Minimum ACCA / Diploma in Accounting
- 5 years accounting experience
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
* 5-day work week
* Company bus pick up at Bukit Batok MRT
