European MNC is looking to hire an IT Infrastructure lead to manage the Operation Service Support team and oversee all IT infrastructure activities.
About the Job
You will be leading a team of 10 IT Engineers and collaborate with various departments to align with company goals. Other responsibilities are as follow:
- Provide guidance and supervision to team members, including necessary training and development.
- Support the HOD in managing and controlling IT Infrastructure budgets.
- Ensure optimal performance and maintenance of all systems under your responsibility, both technically and economically.
- Set local IT Infrastructure priorities in consideration of business needs and global objectives.
- Develop and execute local IT Infrastructure strategies in partnership with Global Service Managers, aligning with global directives.
Requirements
You will need min degree in Engineering or Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- Experienced in IT Infrastructure, including Linux (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN.
- Proven experience in project management, vendor management, and e-commerce projects.
- Experienced in supporting cloud-based platforms, preferably Azure.
- Experienced in addressing issues related to network outages and system downtimes.
