Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, or IM to schedule, remind, and follow up on appointments.
- Send email or mail reminders to customers or clients as needed.
- Answer phones and emails, schedule and confirm appointments, and input customer data into systems.
- Greet customers and address or refer inquiries as necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of all IT hardware and software assets.
- Maintain accurate inventory data collection, storage, tracking, and maintenance of information associated with IT hardware and software within contracted service levels.
- Tag all assets in accordance with the organization’s quality control standards.
- Develop and manage the asset management process to handle the asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on asset management activities and progress, including updates to the inventory list.
- Plan and manage the yearly asset verification exercise and obtain sign-off from users.
- Coordinate with desktop teams from different regions to update the asset inventory when there are any deployments or changes to asset data.
Working Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
