THE ROLE
Prepare, execute and manage all trade financial instruments
Prepare full set of L/C negotiation document for bank submission
Communicate with customers and internal departments for arrangements such as confirmation of price fixing, payment arrangement, prepare payment documents etc.
Management of trade / shipping documents
Provide regular training/ knowledge sharing within the company
Prepare and develop related Standard Office Procedures, handbook, guidelines
Recording trade data and ensure accuracy of various reports/calculations
Perform Account Receivable / Account Payable checks
Maintain proper filing of documentation
Support necessary auditing, internal compliance requirements and procedures
Ensure all documentation and communication processes are in compliance with internal procedures & controls
Any other duties requested by team manager
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
5-7 years of relevant trade finance experience in oil and gas industry
Possess strong banking knowledge of LC/SBLC and UCP600
Good knowledge in shipping documents, import and export documentation in oil and gas industry
Good knowledge on international commodity trade, i.e. INCOTERMS, trade finance
Highly motivated to learn/improve the skills in processing the international commodity trade
Proficient in MS Office applications
