What the day will look like
- Perform processing of premium closing with efficiency and accuracy
- Proactive in reviewing the contract setup and prompt identification of unusual terms in contract
- Review premium calculation and ensure prompt processing
- Liaise with client/network office/broker/finance for any premium booking and processing queries
- Identify & report issue relating to processing promptly to Manager
- Assist the team on an ad hoc basis with premium and claim collection whenever needed
- To monitor any pending processing queries
- Undertake any other works as assigned by Manager and or Supervisors

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s in Business / Finance or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communications skills in English
- Team player, ability to multi-task and work independently
- Meticulous - exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
