This position encompasses the following responsibilities:
Business Management Support
- Implement financial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Track day to day cashflow transactions and execute financial policies.
- Ensure all invoices are processed in accordance with agreements and policies.
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and recommendations to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Prepare budgeting and financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Answer enquiries from internal and external parties and liaise with management to ensure proper payment processes are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Administrative Support
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization and ensure timely financial closings.
- Manage financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
- Conduct internal periodic financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain financial records and documentation accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiencies.
Profile of Candidate:
- Candidate must possess at least a Polytechnic Diploma, A’, O’ Level Certification or equivalent.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants without Accounting or Finance backgrounds should be open to attending a 12-month Work-Study Programme with Ngee Ann Polytechnic, inclusive of On-the-Job training with TrueWorld Studios. (The Skillsfuture Work-Study Post-Diploma (WSPostDip) is for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents who are within three years of: (i) graduation with a recognised diploma from any of the 5 local polytechnics; or the (ii) Operationally Ready Date for full-time National Servicemen.)
- Prior experience in creative agencies is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
