This position encompasses the following responsibilities:
Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote TrueWorld Studios and related IPs across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging content tailored for social platforms (i.e. Steam, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) focusing on building brand awareness and community engagement.
- Manage social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on analytics.
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce eye-catching visuals and compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
- Engage with gaming communities to foster relationships that enhance visibility and credibility.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Profile of Candidate:
- Candidate must possess at least a Polytechnic Diploma, A’, O’ Level Certification or equivalent.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants without Marketing or Business backgrounds should be open to attending a 12-month Work-Study Programme with Ngee Ann Polytechnic, inclusive of On-the-Job training with TrueWorld Studios. (The Skillsfuture Work-Study Post-Diploma (WSPostDip) is for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents who are within three years of: (i) graduation with a recognised diploma from any of the 5 local polytechnics; or the (ii) Operationally Ready Date for full-time National Servicemen.)
- Prior experience in creative agencies or social media management is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, particularly in the gaming space.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
- High level of integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
