Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and resolving issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and expand customer base.
- Oversee product listings, descriptions, and images, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels, reduce stockouts, and optimize inventory turns.
- Supervise customer service representatives, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior, providing insights to improve business decisions.
- Supervise and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), MS Office, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
