Introduction:
As an Associate Process Engineer, you will work on monitoring and sustaining process / SPC to ensure quality of products are meeting specification.
Your Job:
- Analyze SPC charts using SPACE
- Respond to all PR rules and follow CAS correctly.
- Work on basic annotation and achieve quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC points.
- Monitor all qualified processes using SPC and other statistical tools.
- Perform shift duties (12-hours shift) to support the running of production in the Module and ensure that integrity of the tools is in place to run the process.
- Assist Engineers in the qualification and fine tune of new processes and new equipment for production.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in any Engineering streams
- Experience in wokring with Electronics / Manufacturing sectors
- 1-2 years of experience in working with SPC tools
- Good understanding of the SPACE
- Willingness to work in weekend / rotational shifts
