Job Description
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategic planning, business development, financial performance, and team management. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the fintech industry, and the ability to drive the company towards its goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth
· Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
· Financial Performance: Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of managers and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
· Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and regulators.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
· Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in products, services and processes
· Reporting: Provide regular reports to the board of directors on the company’s performance and strategic initiatives.
What we look for in you:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
· Proven track record of successful business management and growth.
