- Develop proactive programs for key categories and markets in South-East Asia, lead or guide those proactive programs within the Creation Hub Network.
- Create fragrance strategies to meet customer expectations and ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop platform strategies (marketing, consumer insights, innovation).
- Facilitate understanding of consumer insights and coach Assistant Fragrance Development Managers.
- Lead innovation initiatives and bring creative ideas to market.
- Build strong relationships with account teams and key clients.
- Design training modules for Assistant Fragrance Development Managers (FDMs) in partnership with the Dean of Fragrance Development School.
- Identify and collaborate with experts to provide training opportunities for Assistant FDMs.
- Manage Assistant FDMs, ensuring personal development plans for growth.
