Our Client:
Our client is an established Japanese Medical Clinic. They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Guest Relations Executive cum Interpreter.
The Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk registration of patients and Schedule medical appointments
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details
- Prepare and dispense medications and consumables
- Translate and interpret of simple medical conditions/ document
- Handle backend Administrative duties ie. insurance
- Any other ad-hoc duties
The Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related working experience
- Experience in Hospitality industry is preferred
- Customer service orientated and able to work in a team
- Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and translate for Japanese Native customers and doctors
