This role require collaboration with on-site staff, sales and manufacturing counterparts oversease, therefore it comes with opportunity to travel overseas overseas to Japan, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, the United States, Germany, etc.
Job Description:
- Programming, development, improvement, maintenance, and operation of core systems.
- Improving business efficiency through the introduction of RPA, AI, etc.
- Our company develops and operates our core systems in-house. There are a wide variety of programming languages, but the core system is in PROⅣ.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in business system design, development, and programming
- Good command of Java and system design and development using programming languages suitable for developing business systems, such as C language, Visual Basic, COBOL, SQL, PROⅣ, etc.
- Basic Japanese skills (JLPT N2 and above) due to the need to communicate with Japan HQ is required
- The ideal candidate would be able to drive communication and action proactively; develop solutions that address stakeholder needs
