Attract, Engage, Capture – SEA Community Manager is responsible for leading the team that pioneers brand advocacy in new markets and strengthens brand resonance in existing markets by driving brand awareness and building relationships. Reporting to Brand & Community Director APAC and dotted-line to Market Director SEA, Community Manager is a people and industry leader whom defines, creates and executes an integrated national community strategy through an innovative mix of traditional marketing and grassroots community building. This leader is accountable for understanding how our client creates authentic and scalable connection points and amplifies key brand moments across SEA.


  • Community Manager is responsible for the overall SEA Community Strategic Vision in Partnership with Brand and Market Director
  • Community Manager is responsible for pioneering future community growth building concepts and overarching strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders. Key objective in driving new/existing market growth and expansions.
  • Partnering with Brand SEA and Regional Community, create the annual operating plan (AOP) to elevate SEA community to next the level to create the impact , ensuring it ladders up into the strategic priorities of the local and global business.
  • A day to day partner to Brand SEA and store teams ensuring an aligned 12 – 14 month Brand and Community calendar is reflective of what is happening in SEA and is specifically crafted to support the business objectives of the retail stores.
  • Oversee SEA Community strategy, development, and execution of the Ambassador/Collective pipeline, New Store Openings, Retail Community and Product Seeding, Here to Be Program, and experiences. Always standing on strategies and KPI’s, make sure that the all plans are focused on guest acquisition, guest retention, traffic driving overall business growth.
  • Leading, inspire and developing the store community teams to create community pipeline and a strategic store initiatives.
  • Track and measure impact of local tactics and reactive actions (including storytelling, partnerships, guest sentiment, awareness/buzz and traffic) to articulate the results of our local community work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field and 8 year’s experience in the marketing field (Experiential events/ offline activations/ sports marketing/ Ambassador Program)
  • You make connections with your community easily and effortlessly and thrive on building relationships
  • Strong pipeline to create impact to elevate this market to next level
  • Strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution
  • Great presenter to enroll all the stakeholders to create best decision
  • Motivation creator to drive the teams to work together for bigger impact
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment
  • Consumer experience with a youthful, cutting edge, influential brand
  • Proven experience developing and driving digital initiatives from inception to execution
  • Excellent managerial skills, with a reputation for being flexible, inspirational, enthusiastic in their work
  • This role will require travel to predominantly our South East Asia and APAC markets
  • This role will require some weekend work (which will be compensated in lieu
