Job Description
- Lead, manage, and advise respective country corporate functions on communications strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Internal Communications to align and support efforts across local sites.
- Coordinate crisis communications planning and execution within the region; closely collaborating with respective regional heads and EHS&S leads.
- Develop and execute respective event management and communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's brand strategy and governance.
- Manage budget and resources appropriately for corporate communications planning across the region.
- Engage with B2B and B2G stakeholders on the firm's latest innovations and innovation partnerships, fostering relationships and promoting strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- About 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, exposed to the management of both internal and external communications across regions.
- Having experience in managing the entire development and execution of Crisis Communications.
- Having experience working in relevant B2B industries, not limited to Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Polymers etc.
- Possess expertise in developing corporate image strategies and managing media, government, and public affairs issues.
- Proven track record in a position that requires high level of influence, engagement, and negotiation with senior level stakeholders across countries and functions.
