Roles & Responsibilities:
- Compilation of tax invoices
- Preparation of credit and debit notes
- Management of petty cash
- Creation of receipts, outgoing vouchers, and journal vouchers
- Completion of "giro application forms" from customers and vendors
- Preparation of bank remittance application forms
- Completion of letter of credit application forms
- Allocation of stationery and paper resources
- Addressing queries from the Department of Statistics
- Handling other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or Accountancy (LCC Level 3 or equivalent)
- Fresh graduates from Singapore local polytechnics in Accounting or Accountancy are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
