- Inspections for structural and architectural trades, including casting works
- Check site conditions against approved shopdrawings/construction drawings
- Check on quality of architectural and structural trades
- Produce daily reports on site conditions/progress to client/consultant
- To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
- To report and highlight on non-conformities by contractors on site
- To assist consultants/clients to check on site conditions/situations when required
- Attend site meeting
Required traits:
- A team player
- Valid RTO Certification
- Diligent & responsible
- Having an eye for details, meticulous
- Familiar with local building requirements and regulations
- At least min. 10 years-experience as RTO in similar projects and being familiar with the work, ie. industrial projects
